Gang,
I thought we had a really productive discussion on Thursday. Lots that we covered — and it is clear that we really do need some clarity on a couple of points. Let me suggest a couple of things to include in the blog post you write about your company.
Who is the constituency that the client wants to reach?
Who does the company want to show that it really gets?
What is it that the company wants out of the interaction?
Remember that would be our dependent variable. What does the company get.
What does the constituency get?
This is the one that we left out. It can't be just about what the company wants. The customer/user/constituency has to get some thing out of the interaction as well. There is the sweet spot — when the company and the constituency both feel fulfilled.
Here are a couple of articles to read about developments this week.
